GREAT PLACE TO STAY
This hotel had no hidden resort fees or incidental charges like other hotels where stayed. made that clear when made reservation. They were polite and told me exactly what bill would be. help friendly. hotel room service great. daughter and grandkids were along. The help made them feel welcomed. breakfast meal was great! swimming pool nice. Rooms spotless. The cost is a little higher than other hotels that checked. However, it is worth the extra money. If could afford it, would book it again when son comes for his visit this year ( June 3, 2006 ).
Stuck in Tampa
the property and help could not have been better. The help helped out so much when our flights home got cancelled due to the hurricane. They sent the shuttle back to the airport to pick us up and gave our same hotel room back so the kids would be comfortable. We would highly recomend this property to anyone!!!!

Dated, but Friendly - Sweet, helpful staff, although we had to REQUEST house-keeping services. Pretty great restaurant. Niceswimming pool. Ugly rooms, in addition at least they have free wireless access! . . .
Best Western Westshore - the property is nice, however they did not advertise the fact that the free airport shuttle did not start until 5:10 am which was not sufficient to catch a 6:00 AM flight. . . .
